Symptoms of anxiety are often a result of poor communication. Poor communication is often a result of not being in rapport with the people you are communicating with. Let's face it if the person you are communicating with doesn't like you chances are they won't hear your message to them, this missed step can increase anxiety.I have been writing about positive thinking and happiness amongst other topics but now I will begin to show you proven techniques I use to induce rapport and gain stronger relationships with everyone I meet with stress free techniques to improve reciprocity in terms of giving complements.This technique will also increase rapport with almost anyone you meet. Firstly find something about the person you sincerely appreciate, it must be sincere observe the person and notice something you admire.
State this and always follow it with a "because" to firmly imprint your sincerity.As example " Annie I really like your outfit today because the colors are so vibrant and alive....Then follow up with a question..Vibrant and alive...where did you buy those gorgeous shoes? The key here is the because. Compounds your compliment with reasoning. this alone ends the conversation if you don't ask a question immediately afterward the person you complimented may not reciprocate its important to keep communication flowing.
